Many messengers love the Pilot G-2. It has a solid construction, a satisfying click, and an inexhaustible ink supply. It also unfortunately uses gel ink. Now for messengers in drier cities than Portland and Seattle (which is all of them) this wouldn’t be an issue. Sadly however gel ink runs in the rain. A wet hand or a few sprinkles will turn a manifest into a piece of abstract art. That said a G-2 in the right hands can slaughter the crossword and make your sig sheet really pop.
